Much achieved and still much to do!
On 9.12.1969 central decisions were made for the opening of Tanne in the summer of 1970.
50 and more years later, much has been achieved in Switzerland. And at the same time, there is still MUCH to do – if only in the recognition of congenital deafblindness.
In the Global South, the challenges are even greater. Tanne therefore supports the Global Education Campaign of Deafblind International with full energy.
